Designed for off road and trials unicycling, this handle increases control when riding over obstacles and allows the rider pull up with substantial force when riding up hill. On easy terrain it allows the rider to take some weight off the seat and place it on the handle.

The handle consists of MIG welded 4130 chromoly tubing. The outside diameter of the tubing is identical to that of bicycle handlebars allowing a wide selection of grips for the handle. I personally like and strongly recommend ODI's Lock-On grips. The "Twist Shift" version are just the right length.

The handle works very well with a brake. The lever is easy to reach from the handle facilitating improved braking modulation. I use a shortened Delta Lever Extender and I'm able to actuate the brake with just my pinkie finger. Additionally, the handle protects the brake lever in the event of a fall because it hits the ground before the brake lever can.

The design is intended for Gemcrset carbon fiber saddles, but can be mounted on other types as well. It can be mounted on a plastic Miyata saddle with a Miyata Stiffener Plate (at left). It is also possible to mount the handle on a Viscount type saddle using self tapping screws.

Both right and left handed versions are available.
