We climbed up a bunch of rocks and it was windy.  I do not recommend chocolate flavored Clif Shot, talk about hard to swallow!!  Then we sat on the top.  We didn't get to sign the register because it had disappeared since George was there a few months ago.  George pointed out nearby peaks to other climbers and told someone the altitude of Democrat.  We discussed going over to Lincoln but George was very smart and talked me out of that crazy idea.  Then we went back down and my knees hurt.  I was very glad to get back to the Jeep and my Chacos.  We ate in Breckenridge at the Brewery and then traffic sucked on I-70.  I enjoyed my ice cream cone at McDonalds in Idaho Springs... a lot.  I like pikas!
